Using a Memory Board
2. Remove the paper tray cover and remove the paper in the paper
tray. Then remove the paper support between the two paper
guides by first lifting up the end closer to you and then lifting up
the other end, as shown below.
3. Slide the paper guides to the right as far as they go.
4. Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord from the
electrical outlet.
