Device Configuration

Devices can be added and deleted from this screen.

The unit address of connected NXF4000

and PPC4000 units can be changed by

entering a new address. It will be written

through to the control. To add a new

device, press the ADD icon (plus sign)

located in the lower right corner. The

screen will then prompt for a device type.

Next, the serial port that the device is

connected to must be selected. If the

device is an NXF4000 or PPC4000, it will

be automatically discovered as the NXTSD507HD or NXTSD512HD scans the serial port. If the device is a

BurnerLogix, BurnerPRO (generation four) or an ACS550, the baud rate and unit address must be manually

entered. Note that the baud rates don't have to match for devices on the same daisy chain as the baud rate is

dynamically adjusted with each message sent.
