HE ART R ATE LIMIT SET-UP
The user 's Hear t R ate HI LIMIT and LO LIMIT are set dur ing the First-Time S et-Up, page 11.
1. To change these limits star t with the HEAR T R ATE menu (KC AL shown in display). Press M
button for 3 seconds.
2. I f the display shows USER DATA, change into HR LIMIT by pressing + or -. To selec t press M.
3. S et the hear t rate values as descr ibed on page 11.

USER DATA SET-UP
The User Data (S ex, Weight) are set dur ing the First-Time S et-Up, page 12.
1. To change these data star t with the HEAR T R ATE menu (KC AL shown in display). Press M
button for 3 seconds.
2. I f the display shows HR LIMIT, change into USER DATA by pressing + or -. To selec t press M.
3. S et the SEX and WEIGHT values as descr ibed on page 12.
