Steam Menus Guide
- Make sure that the water tank is filled to the MAX mark with room temperature water suitable for drinking (filtered)
and is installed.

• Wash rice until water runs clear.
• Place rice and water into a deep casserole (about 2
litre) and soak for 30 minutes. (Stir rice a few times
during soaking.)
• Stir and place the casserole on the steam tray on
the glass tray, uncovered.
• Place them on the lower position (position 2).
• After cooking, stir lightly and stand for 5 minutes.

• Place eggs with shells in the steam tray on the glass
tray.
• Place them on the lower position (position 2).
