LANVIEW LED INDICATIONS

Red Alarm
Declared because of loss of signal, loss of framing, Alarm Indication
Signal. After a Red Alarm is declared, a Yellow Signal is sent to the
far-end.
Yellow Alarm
Declared because of an incoming Yellow Signal from the far-end.
Blue Alarm
T1 Multiplexer failed or is disconnected. CSU must send continuous
unframed "1"s to the network.
