The T-slots for the vertical setup of the rotary table
are 3
" between centers. You will need to have

the same distance between centers on your mill-
ing table to use T-bolts. If your milling table has
different T-slot centers, you will need to use step
blocks and clamps to secure the rotary table. See
Figure 10 for an example of this type of setup.
The Model T25937 does not include fasteners to
secure the rotary table to a milling table in the ver-
tical position. The instructions below are included
to provide an example of how the table can be
mounted.
Components and Hardware Needed:
T-Bolts M12-1.75 x 40 ........................................ 2
Hex Nuts M12-1.75 ............................................. 2
Flat Washers 12mm........................................... 2
To mount rotary table in vertical position:
1.
DISCONNECT MACHINE FROM POWER!
2.
Insert T-bolts in milling table T-slots.
Model T25937 (Mfd. Since 3/16)
3.
Install rotary table in vertical position on (2)
T-bolts (see Figure 12).
4.
Install (1) flat washer and (1) hex nut on each
T-bolt (see Figure 12), then tighten securely.
Holding table rigid will help with accuracy,
efficiency, and general safety.
