Troubleshooting
Measures
Check the connecting cable be-
tween control unit and oil pump
motor PCB and replace if necessa-
ry.
Press reset button R.
Replace the oil pump motor PCB if
necessary. Replace control unit if
required.
Replace control unit.
Check heating system fill level.
Vent the system.
Press reset button R after flue sys-
tem has cooled down.
Check heating system fill level.
Check circulation pump. Vent the
system. Check temperature limiter
and connecting cables.
Press reset button R.
Check ignition electrodes, elec-
trode gaps and connecting cables.
Press reset button R.
Check oil supply, ignition electro-
des, electrode gaps and connect-
ing cables.
Check nozzle and solenoid valve
coil.
Correct settings if required; clean
all contaminated parts and replace
faulty components.
Press reset button R.
Check air pressure switch and re-
place if necessary.
Press reset button R.
Check connecting cable and plug-
in connections of the fuel valve, re-
place fuel valve if necessary.
Press reset button R.
check solenoid valve.
Press reset button R.
Check fan, fan connecting cables
and power supply to fan; check fan
control.
Press reset button R.
If a fire safety switch or CO limiter
is installed, check whether one of
these safety mechanisms has re-
sponded.
If CO limiter has responded: check
flue system, boiler and trap for es-
caping flue gas.
