Commissioning the system

Checking the motor-controlled flue gas damper (if installed)

The flue gas damper must be closed in its zero volt
state (plug 53/100).

Checking the gas type

1. Check with your gas supply utility regarding the
gas type and Wobbe index Ws (0 °C).
With the natural gas H/E setting, the boiler can
be operated in the Wobbe index range 12.0 to

With the natural gas L/LL setting, the boiler can
be operated in the Wobbe index range 10.0 to

10. Check all gaskets and plugs, and retighten if nec-
essary.
Note
We recommend checking all connections on the
heating water side for leaks approx. every
500 hours run. See page 21.
11. Check the boiler door and flue gas cover a few
days after commissioning. In the case of leaks,
tighten the screws in the boiler door and flue gas
collector with 30 Nm.
2. In the delivered condition, the burner is set up for
natural gas H/E. If required, convert the burner to a
different gas type in accordance with details provi-
ded by your gas supply utility.
