OPTIONAL EXTENSION ANTENNA FURTHER INCREASES RANGE
When using the optional extension antenna, remove the rubber antenna and right-angle adaptor as
above. The cable of the extension antenna has a larger plug with a BNC adapter installed. Attach the
right angle connector to the end of the cable.
Align the pins on the smooth end with the guide slots in the BNC adapter on the cable end. Press
together and lock with a ¼ clockwise twist. Now connect the right angle adaptor to the antenna base
on the Turbo Force, line up the pins, slide the connector on and secure with a ¼ clockwise twist. Give a
gentle tug to be sure it is secure.
The extension antenna has a magnetic base and can be positioned as needed on any steel surface. (ex.
internal ribs of an aluminum panel truck; or roof of van or trailer; or underside of the loading shelf).
The clearer a line-of-site from the antenna to the remote control, the better the signal will be.
