ROUNTINE MAINTENANCE CHART

Inspection
Check for leakage (hoses, clamp)
Check the coolant level
Change the coolant
Cooling
Check & Adjust the V-belt tension

Replace V-Belts
Check Radiator Cooling fins
Check the radiator hoses
Check for leakage
Lubrication
Check the oil level

Change the lubricating oil
Replace the oil filter cartridge
Check the leakage for intercooler
Replace the air cleaner Inner element

Check air cleaner choke indicator
Clean the inter-cooler air fins
Replace the air inlet hoses
Check the leakage in fuel lines

Replace coarse fuel filter
Check the injection nozzles
Check the state of exhaust gas
