5. If the device does not turn on, or if all of the other
buttons do not work correctly, go back to step 2 to
try this search option again.
The remote will search all the codes once. If the correct
code is not found, the Power Indicator Light will flash
twice and then shut off. No code will be saved.

Code identification

The Code Display feature allows you to identify the
4-digit library code stored under your device key.
If the hidden device code is 1085
1. Turn on the Device whose code you want to identify
2. Press and hold the Device Key. At the same time,
press the OK Key. Now release both keys.
3. The Power Indicator light will blink once and stop
for 1 second to indicate the first digit is 1
4. The Power Indicator light will then blink 10 times
and stop for 1 second to indicate the second digit is 0
5. The Power Indicator light will then blink 8 times and
stop for 1 second. The third digit is 8
6. The Power Indicator light will then blink 5 times and
stop. The final digit is 5.
Volume Punch-Through Function
This feature allows you to increase, decrease, or mute
the volume of a TV while the remote is in another de-
vice mode. For example, if the DVD Button was pressed
to control the DVD Player, the volume of the TV can
also be controlled without pressing the TV Button.
To enable or disable this function, aim the remote at a
device it is programmed to control. Press and hold the
corresponding Device Button until the Power Indicator
Light stays on and then press 9908.

Button Functions

• The device must have the button function built-in for
the remote button to be enabled.
• Some buttons will perform different functions for
different types of devices or for different brands of
the same type of device.
• Some buttons will only work if the device has the
necessary feature for the button's function.
