Problem

1) If there is an error message on the display (e.g. E51): Turn the tumble dryer off and on. Select a new
program. Push the Start/Pause button. If the appliance does not operate contact the service centre and
provide the error code.

5) Note: After a maximum of 5 hours the drying cycle ends automatically.

1)
Disrupted wireless signal.
A new home router has been in-
stalled or the router configuration
has been changed.
The wireless signal does not reach
the dryer.
The wireless signal is disrupted by
microwave.
Check if your smart device is con-
nected to the wireless network.
Check your home network and
router.
Restart the router.
Contact your wireless service pro-
vider if there are problems with the
wireless network.
The dryer, the smart device, or
both, need to be configured again.
Try to move the home router as
near the dryer as possible or con-
sider purchasing a wireless range
extender.
Turn the microwave off. Avoid us-
ing the microwave and the Remote
Control of the dryer at the same
time. The microwaves disrupt the
Wi-Fi signal.
