Problem
The display shows
. All buttons are
inactive, except the the
On/Off .
The appliance makes
an unusual noise and
vibrates.
The program dura‐
tion increases or de‐
creases during pro‐
gram execution.
The washing results
are not satisfactory.
Too much foam in the
drum during the wash‐
ing cycle.
After the washing cy‐
cle, there are some
detergent residues in
the dispenser drawer.
The drum light does
not go on.
After the check, activate the appliance. The program continues
from the point of interruption.
If the problem occurs again, contact the Authorised Service Centre.
The necessary data for the service centre are on the rating plate.
15.2 Emergency door
opening
In case of power failure or functioning
failure the appliance door remains
locked. The washing program continues
when the power is restored. If the door
remains locked in case of failure, it is
possible to open it using the emergency
unlock function.
Before opening the door:
Possible solution
The appliance is downloading any available updates. Wait un‐
til the update process is complete. If you deactivate the appli‐
ance during update, it resumes when you activate the appli‐
ance again.
Make sure the levelling of the appliance is correct. Refer to
"Installation instruction".
Make sure that the packaging and/or the transit bolts are re‐
moved. Refer to "Installation instruction".
Add more laundry in the drum. The load may be too small.
The ProSense System is able to adjust the program duration
according to the type and the laundry load size. Refer to "The
ProSense System load detection" in "Daily Use" chapter.
Increase the detergent quantity or use a different detergent.
Use special products to remove the stubborn stains before
you wash the laundry.
Make sure that you set the correct temperature.
Decrease the laundry load.
Reduce the quantity of detergent.
Too much detergent or unsuitable detergent has been used.
Reduce detergent quantity and/or use a correct detergent.
Make sure that the flap is in the correct position (UP for pow‐
der detergent - DOWN for liquid detergent).
Make sure you have used the detergent dispenser according
the indications given in this user manual.
Make sure that the LED lamp is not burned. To replace it, con‐
tact the Authorised Service Centre.
CAUTION!
Risk of burns! Make sure
that the water temperature
is not too high and the
laundry is not hot. If
necessary, wait until they
cool down.
