(automatic switching COOl/HEaT)
1. Press MOdE to select auTO mode.
2. Press up/down on the TEMP button to select the desired temperature. Can be set between 17°C and 30°C
(1°C steps).
3. Press ON/OFF to start the air conditioner (heat pump).
IMPORTaNT!
• In auTO mode, the machine senses the difference between the room's temperature and the temperature set
on the remote control. It then selects the mode (COOl, FaN, HEaT) itself.
• In auTO mode, fan speed cannot be changed.
To switch from auTO mode, select your desired mode manually.
The unit automatically controls the temperature to the desired, set temperature.
IMPORTaNT!
Remember that, if this mode is used, the unit will automatically switch to COOl when, for example, hot sun
shines into the room or another heat source comes on. This can entail the "surplus generated heat" being cooled
down. To avoid this and achieve maximum savings, select HEaT mode.

(cooling)
1. Press MOdE to select COOl, HEaT or FaN.
2. Press up/down on the TEMP button to set the desired temperature. Can be set between 17°C and 30°C (1°C
steps).
3. Press FaN to set fan speed to auTO, low, Medium or High.
4. Press the ON/OFF button to start the air conditioner.
In COOl or HEaT mode, the outdoor unit stops when the target temperature has been reached.
IMPORTaNT!
In FaN mode, you cannot control the temperature. Consequently up/down (TEMP button) are deactivated. The
set temperature is not shown in the display.

(dEHuMIdIFyINg)
1. Press MOdE to select dRy mode.
2. Press up/down on the TEMP button to set the desired temperature. Can be set between 17°C and 30°C (1°C
steps).
3. Press ON/OFF to start the air conditioner (heat pump).
IMPORTaNT! In dRy mode, fan speed cannot be changed.
If the room temperature is below 10°C, the compressor stops. It starts again when the temperature rises above
12°C.
