PROBLEM

TROUBLESHOOTING
SOLUTION
Select the proper cycle as indicated by the manual
Check the air gap if it is installed
Make sure the disposer is empty if the dishwasher is
connected to the disposer
Be sure the drain hose is properly connected to the sink
Be sure to use only the automatic dishwasher detergent
Make sure to use only the automatic dishwasher
detergent
Level the dishwasher (see the installation manual)
Choose a higher cycle
Make sure the inlet water temperature is no less than
120℉
Use a spot cleaner to remove the soil
Some tomato-based foods will cause this. Use of the
rinse only cycle right after loading this will decrease
the staining
This is normal
If the noise persists after a complete cycle, call for
service
Make sure water valve is open
Make sure the door is closed
Be sure the Drain Hose is connected to the sink
between the sink and the sink trap
