DANGER Indicates a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, will result in death or serious personal injury.

2.2 Wired sensor The wired sensors are used to measure the vibration of the target equipment. Normally, wired sensors are used together with the sensor box. Power is supplied to the wired sensor via the sensor box, and vibration signals are fed to the sensor box by the wired sensor.

6. Mechanical installation 6.1 Installing the sensor box to the control cabinet 1. Install the clip on the back of the sensor box 2. Install the sensor box on the DIN rail by the clip. Make sure that the sensor box is firmly installed and cannot fall off.

6.3 Installing the wired sensor to the pump If you want to install the wired sensor to a vertical pump, make sure that the clearance for installation around the vertical pump is at least 25 mm. If the clearance is less than 25 mm, use the sensor installation bracket.

2. Install the nut to the sensor base. Make sure that the bottom (A) of the nut is higher than the bottom (B) of the sensor base.

3. Use AB glue (we recommend ERGO9988.) to stick the fittings to the surface of the equipment. Make sure that you only use the AB glue to stick the base bottom (B) on the equipment surface. Do not stick the nut (A) to the equipment surface.

6.4 Using the bracket to install the wired sensor When the wired sensor is installed on a vertical pump, and the clearance for installation around the vertical pump is less than 25 mm, you must use the mounting bracket to install the sensor. 1.
