Peak-list parameters
For each channel, user can define:
Baseline: defines the pulse value baseline. It is used for the computation of the sum-of-squares
and the center-of-mass.
Range: [-32'768; +32'767].
This parameter is set independently from the baseline stabilization and offset parameter. But the
behavior depends if the baseline stabilization is enabled or not.
The value of the Baseline is relative to the BaselineCorrection.DigitalOffset parameters
if the baseline stabilization is enabled, whereas it is absolute if the baseline stabilization is disabled.
DerivativeSmoothingLength: Value smoothing length. It determines the length of the
Savitzky-Golay filter that applies to sample values.
Range: strict-positive. Maximum value is determined by firmware. Minimum value is 1 and
corresponds to disabling smoothing.
PulseDerivativeHysteresis: Pulse derivative hysteresis width.
Range: [-0; +32'767]
PulseDerivativeThresholdFalling: Pulse derivative threshold falling is used for pulse
detection. Falling edge is detected when the sample values' derivative goes below the configured
fall threshold minus the configured derivative threshold hysteresis.
Range: [-32'768; +32'767]
PulseDerivativeThresholdRising: Pulse derivative threshold rising is used for pulse
detection. The rising edge of a pulse is detected when the sample values' derivative goes above
the configured rise threshold
Range: [-32'768; +32'767]
PulseValueThreshold: Pulse value threshold specifies data threshold for pulse detection. A
rising edge of a pulse is detected when sample values exceed the configured threshold (the
sample value's derivative must also exceed the derivative threshold rising). The pulse threshold is
relative to the baseline.
Range: [-32'768; +32'767]
ValueSmoothingLength: Derivative smoothing length. It determines the length of the
Savitzky-Golay filter that applies to samples' derivative values.
Range: strict-positive. Maximum value determined by applicative firmware capabilities.
