Using Your Rangehood

CONTROLS
Y our Esatto Canopy Rangehood features push button controls.
Your Canopy Rangehood features digital button controls (Figure 6) with three speed
levels of extraction.

SPEED SETTINGS
Off button
1
Press the '1' button and the rangehood will operate at low speed.
It's used for turning off the fan.
Ideal for cooking with lower steam emissions such as slow cooking or simmering,
and boiling with closed pans.
Low Speed button
2 Press the '2' button and the rangehood will operate at medium speed.
It's used for Ventilation on the kitchen. It is suitable for simmering and
This is the ideal standard intensity for a normal cooking environment.

3 Press the '3' button and the rangehood will operate at high speed.
Medium Speed button
This is the ideal high intensity cooking such as grilling, intensive frying,
wok cooking, stir frying, etc.
Airflow speed is ideally for ventilation in standard cooking operation.
T Press the 'T' for Turbo button for the rangehood to operate at maximum intensity
High Speed button
for an intensive airflow. After 5 minutes of operation, the rangehood will
automatically low the intensity to setting 3 automatically.
When high density of smoke or steam produced, press high-speed button
for highest effective ventilation.
LIGHT
Press the 'Light' button and the LED panel lights will turn on.
Light button
To turn the lights off, simply push the 'Light' button again.
NOTE If Low / Medium / High speed buttons are press at the same time, the
unit will only operate at the highest speed.
