Yogurt & Ferment program
Yogurt & Ferment program can be used to make yogurt or raise
bread/pastry dough.
• When making yogurt, place the ingredients in the cooking pot
and close the lid.
• When raising dough, you can knead the dough directly in the
cooking pot then place the cooking pot in the housing and
close the lid.
• Turn the control panel knob to the right to reach Yogurt &
Ferment program . The screen displays the default cooking time.
• Optional: Press and set the desired time by turning the
control panel knob to the right (to increase time) or to the left
(to decrease time).
