Setting the Clock
This is a 12- or 24-hour clock. You can choose to set the clock time in 12- or 24-hour cycle by
pressing the CLOCK/PRESET button in standby mode.
1. In standby mode, press CLOCK/PRESET once or twice to select 12- or 24-hour clock.
2. Turn TIME/MENU until the correct hour is displayed.
3. Press CLOCK/PRESET button.
4. Turn TIME/MENU until the correct minute is displayed.
5. Press CLOCK/PRESET to confirm.
NOTE: During cooking you can check the current time by touching CLOCK/PRESET.
Express Cooking
Use this feature to program the oven to microwave food at 100% power conveniently. In standby
mode, press START/+30SEC several times to set the cooking time, the oven starts immediately at
full power. The longest cooking time is 10 minutes.

Microwave Cooking

1. Press POWER button repeatedly to select power level.
2. Turn TIME/MENU clockwise to enter cooking time. The longest cooking time is 95 minutes.
3. Press START/+30SEC button to confirm.
Select power level by pressing the POWER button:
NOTE: During cooking you can check the current cooking power level by pressing POWER pad.

Weight Defrost
The defrosting time and power level are automatically set once the food weight is programmed.
The frozen food weight ranges from 100g to 1800g.
1. Press WEIGHT/TIME DEFROST button once.
2. Turn TIME/MENU clockwise to select weight of food.
3. Press START/+30SEC button to confirm.
NOTE:
During defrosting program, the system will pause to remind user to turn food over,
and then press START/+30SEC to resume the defrosting.
Time Defrost
1. In standby mode, press WEIGHT/TIME DEFROST button twice.
2. Turn TIME/MENU to enter cooking time. The longest time is 95 minutes.
3. Press START/+30SEC button to confirm.
NOTE: During defrosting program, the system will pause and sound beeps to remind user to
turn food over, and then press START/+30SEC to resume the defrosting.

Multi-stage Cooking

Your oven can be programmed for up to 2 automatic cooking sequences. Suppose you want to set
the following cooking program:
