Editing the Number of Versions
To edit the number of versions retained:
1 Open the Advanced Settings window (see
the Versions tab.
2 In the Number of file versions to save box, type a number or
use the up and down arrows to specify a number.
3 Click Next.
4 Click Finish.
The change takes effect immediately.
