General Safety Warnings Important - Please read these instructions fully before starting assembly. Warning symbols Certain symbols below may be present on the tool. The aim of the safety symbols is to draw attention to possible dangers. The safety symbols and the information which accompanies them must be well understood and adhered to. - Page 4 Do not expose to rain. Disconnect the mains plug if the cord is damaged or entangled. Disconnect the plug before any maintenance. Conforms to the directive 2000-14/EC. Guaranteed sound power level for hedge trimmers. Class II equipment. Waste electrical products should not be disposed of with household waste.

Never try to use this electric hedge trimmer before reading and fully understanding all the instructions, safety rules, control elements, etc., contained in this manual. Not respecting this information and the safety instructions can lead to an accident, such as a fire or an electric shock, resulting in serious injuries.

Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents. • Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust.

Assembly Blade cover Check the hedge trimmer for any missing parts. If any parts are damaged or missing, do not operate this product until the parts are replaced. Use of this product with damaged or missing parts could result in serious personal injury.
