- Page 2 Features • Stainless steel stem thermometers offer a quick response and laboratory accuracy • Easy to read LCD display • Fahrenheit/Celsius switchable • Display updates every 2 seconds • Auto power off Specifications Temperature Range: -40 to 482°F (-40°C to 250°C) Resolution: 0.1°C or °F Accuracy: ±1.5% ±2° full scale Sampling Time: 2.0 seconds Power Supply: One LR44 (1.5V) battery (included) Auto Shut-Off: Approx 20 minutes Dimentions/Weight: 150 x 40 x 28mm/ 19g Includes: Protective probe cover and battery Operating Instructions Remove the protective sheath and press the ON/OFF button. Insert at least 1/2 of the stem into the testing area. The current temperature will then be displayed. To save battery life the thermometer will automatically turn off after approximately 20 minutes. When turning the thermometer ON the LCD will display “-0.0°C” or “32.0°F” for 2 seconds. Then it will display the current temperature. If errors occur, replace the battery (1.5V).
