Features • Stainless steel stem thermometers offer a quick response and laboratory accuracy • Easy to read LCD display • Fahrenheit/Celsius switchable • Display updates every 2 seconds • Auto power off • Max/Min memory records highest and lowest temperatures • Data Hold button lets you freeze a reading Specifications Temperature Range: -40 to 482°F (-40 to 250°C) Resolution: 0.1°C or °F Accuracy: ±1.5% ±2° full scale Sampling Time: 2.0 seconds Power Supply: One LR44 (1.5V) battery (included) Auto Shut-Off: Approx 20 minutes Dimentions/Weight: 211 x 32 x 19mm/ 35g Includes: Protective probe cover and battery Operating Instructions To use the thermometer, remove the protective sheath, press the ON/OFF button and insert at least 1/2 of the stem into the testing area. The current temperature will be displayed. To save the battery life, the thermometer will automatically turn off after approximately 20 minutes.
