7. Rotate the [CH] knob to select the desired traffic
frequency.
a. Press [ENT] button to continue to the Group
– Call frequency menu.
b. IF Manual set is selected, enter the nine
digit Group ID.
i. Press [ENT] button to continue to the
Group – Call frequency menu.
8. Rotate the [CH] knob to select the desired calling
frequency and press [ENT] to display a summary of
selected items.
a. IF Manual set was selected, enter the desired
calling frequency and press [ENT] to display a
summary of selected items on the Group Call menu.
9. The set up may now be saved by pressing [ENT] button or sent by pressing the
[CANCEL/CALL] button.
10. Group – <Calling> display.
11. After the DSC message is sent, the display will
shift to the <TRAFFIC> display with the traffic
frequency displayed.
12. Voice communications may now commence.
