I purchased and placed per Order Receipt #3596448, it was though not until March 27, 2024 all the parts arrived (not broken) I was able to have a Licensed Plumber install and it worked great, but not clear why (I tried again last night – no wind) it only turned on for exactly 35 seconds and turned off. I can immediately restart it but again when I time it, it turns off 35 seconds. Because the file is so large I probably need to send you a dropbox link, but really all your going to see is the flame on for 35 seconds and then off.

A possible reason for the Empire Comfort Systems ONR-24-2 turning off after 35 seconds of operation could be a dirty or blocked burner air intake hole. If the air intake hole is not clean, it can cause sooting and improper combustion, leading to the appliance shutting off. Regular inspection and cleaning of the burner air intake hole with a brush are necessary to ensure proper operation.
