  • Page 11 Wheels of the Vehicle are closer to the middle of the Runways, where there is less strength. For example, if you put a Vehicle with a wheelbase of only 84.5 inches on a D4-9, the shorter wheelbase puts more weight in the middle of the Runways, reducing the Lift’s capacity to 4,500 lbs (50% of its full rated capacity of 9,000 lbs).
