You can also unlock the keypad by entering the administrator password. When you enter the
administrator password to unlock the keypad, the phone will turn to the Change PIN screen.
Program emergency numbers on the phone so that they can be dialed when the phone is
locked.
To specify emergency numbers via web user interface:
1. Press Features > Phone Lock.
2. Enter the emergency number in the Emergency field. For multiple emergency numbers,
enter a comma between every two numbers. The default emergency numbers are 112, 911,
110.
3. Press Confirm to accept the change.
Emergency number is configurable via web user interface only.

Reset to factory settings

The phone can be factory reset, which will default all settings within the configuration.
To reset the phone via phone user interface:
1. Press Menu > Settings > Advanced Settings (Default password: 23646) > Reset to factory
settings.
2. Press the Enter softkey.
3. Press the OK softkey.
4. The phone will need to restart and will then be reset to factory settings.

Set Password

The administrator password can be changed on the phone when not used with a FortiVoice.
To change the administrator password via phone user interface:
1. Press Menu > Settings > Advanced Settings (Default password: 23646) > Set Password.
2. Enter the current password in the Current PWD field.
3. Enter the new password in the New PWD field.
4. Re-enter the new password in the Confirm PWD field.
5. Press the Save softkey to accept the change or the Back softkey to cancel.
Administrator password is configurable via web user interface at the path Security > Password.

Set AES Key

When using encrypted configuration files, the AES Key settings can be set here:
1. Press Menu > Settings > Advanced Settings (Default password: 23646) > Set AES Key.
2. Select Common or MAC Oriented AES.
3. Enter the AES Key.
4. Press the Save softkey to accept the change or the Back softkey to cancel.
