10. Trouble shooting

Please contact the manufacturer if a problem cannot be rectified.
For the safety of the patient and the Health care providers DO NOT
continue using the ventilator.

Remedy
Make sure mask fits / all patient circuit
parts are properly connected./change
patient circuit
Replace hose, check tube position,
check ventilation settings and correct
Check patient, ventilation circuit,
check tube position, adjust Pmax
alarm value
Switch to Assist Control ventilation,
ensure connections tight, Replace
patient circuit
Change Oxygen cylinder
Change Oxygen cylinder
Check leakage in breathing system.
Resolve parameters conflict by
resetting out of range parameters
Charge Battery as per instructions/
Replace battery
Change Battery/connect power
supply/ send to O-Two for repair or
service
