Before thinking it is broken

The screen shows nothing.
Check the battery state (in case of discharge or an incorrect connection).
The screen does not show the antenna.
Try a call again after moving to another location.

The use time of a battery pack gradually becomes shorter than that at the time of the purchase as

pack has been left in the low temperature or high temperature.
Abnormal actions occur during the use of the mobile phone or the power is not turned on.
Separate the battery pack and mount it again. Then, turn on the power.
The screen shows Warning for low voltage! .
