Proposal for solution
Make sure the filter is clean and the pump is switched on.
Switch off the safety suction. Make sure the main drain is
closed.
Make sure the vacuum plate is properly installed.
Check whether the cleaner and the hose are free from air
pockets.
Check the membrane for damage or blockages.
Make sure that the correct amount of hose has been in-
stalled. Try adding or removing a length of tubing or two.
Make sure that all returns direct the flow of water to the
pool floor. Adjust the balls or use a water distributor.
Make sure the hose is straight and not tangled.
Make sure that the pool water is properly balanced. A
high pH and/or lack of chlorine make the walls very slip-
pery.
Increase the suction with the flow regulator.
Check that the float arm is in the correct position. Note:
The cleaner cannot climb up in pools with a sharp 90-de-
gree angle between the wall and the floor.
Reduce the suction power using the flow control.
Adjust the supplied hose weight towards the cleaning
head.
Make sure that the correct amount of hose has been in-
stalled. Try adding or removing a length of tubing or two.
Make sure that all returns direct the flow of water to the
pool floor. Adjust the balls or use a water distributor.
Add optional hose motors and/or replace the wheel de-
flector with a larger one.
