CHIPSET FEATURES SETUP

The Advanced Chipset Setup option is used to change the values of the chipset
registers. These registers control most of the system options in the computer.
Note: Change these Settings only if user is familiar with the Chipset.

A short description of the screen items follows:
Auto Configuration: When Auto Configuration is Enabled, BIOS will set up the chipset with the
predetermined optimal parameters according to the CPU installed. Otherwise, set it manually.
EDO DRAM Speed Selection: This item is used to set the EDO DRAM timing. Select "50ns"
or "60ns" according to the speed of the EDO DRAM installed.
SRAM CAS Latency Time: It defines the length of time for Column Address Stroke allowed to
precharge. The choice is "2" or "3".
