OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 1. Tilting Handle - Used for tilting the kettle. 2. Vacuum/Pressure Gauge - Indicates steam pressure and vacuum. 3. Pressure Relief Valve - Pressure safety device. 4. Heat Indicator Light (Green) - Cycles ON-OFF with burner. 5. Low Water Indicator Light (Red) - When lit, indicates a low water condition. -
