UNPACKING
WARNING! Do not operate the tool if any part is missing.
Replace the missing part before operating. Failure to do so
could result in a malfunction and personal injury.
Remove the parts and accessories from the packaging and
inspect for damage. Make sure that all items in the
Identification Key are included.

ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
Consult the Parts Breakdown diagram for assembly. Secure all
bolts hand-tight only.
1.
Insert an M8 x 50 mm bolt through an upper bolt hole on
the rear of the tray (E) and hold it in place.
2.
Position the open end of one leg (D) and push it over the
protruding bolt. Push the handle (K) over the same bolt.
Slide an M8 flat washer (G), M8 spring washer (H) and
secure hand-tight with an M8 nut (I).
3.
Insert a second bolt through the lower bolt hole and the
leg. Secure with a washer, lock washer and nut.
4.
Repeat with the other leg and handle end.
5.
Place the tray upside down on the ground. You may need
to place a support under the shorter end to raise it up.
6.
Slide the axle (M) through the holders on each leg. Slide
an axle spacer (L) on each end of the axle.
7.
Slide a wheel (C) onto each end of the axle, then an M16
washer (A). Secure the tire by inserting a cotter pin (B)
through the axle and twisting it to lock in place.
8.
Position the leg brace (J) over the rear part of the legs
and insert M8 x 50 mm bolts through the legs and brace.
Secure each with a washer, spring washer and nut.
9.
Turn the wheelbarrow on its side. Insert two M8 x 50
mm bolts through the tray's bottom and the legs. Secure
each with a washer, spring washer and nut.
10. Retighten all bolts and nuts.
11. Flip the wheelbarrow over and rest on legs and wheels.
12. Inflate the tires to 25 psi.
