  • Page 25 TRAVA DO BISEL A trava do bisel (10) é utilizada para ajustar a lâmina no ângulo desejado do bisel. O bisel da serra de mitra corta de 0° a 45° à esquerda. Para ajustar o ângulo do bisel, afrouxe a trava do bisel e ajuste o braço da serra para o ângulo desejado do bisel.

    6. INTENDED USE This mitre saw is intended for cutting wood and analogue materials, it is suitable for straight and curved cuts having Mitre angles of up to 45°. The saw is not designed for cutting firewood. Do not use machines, tools and accessories for additional applications for works other than those for which they are designed for.

    8. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Important： Be sure the supply is the same as the voltage given on the rating plate. Remove the mains plug before carrying out any adjustment or servicing. ASSEMBLY Warning: To prevent the accidental starting that could cause possible serous personal injury, ALWAYS assemble all parts to you saw BEFORE connecting it to the power supply.
  • Page 51 BEVEL LOCK The bevel lock (10) is used to set the blade at the desired bevel angle. The mitre saw bevel cuts from 0° to 45° to the left. To adjust the bevel angle loosen the bevel lock and adjust the saw arm to the desired bevel angle. SPINDLE LOCK BUTTON The spindle lock button (20) prevents the blade in the saw from rotating.
  • Page 52 13. Loosen the Phillips head screw holding the pointer of the bevel scale (11) and adjust the position of the pointer so that it accurately indicates zero on the scale. Retighten the screw. 14. Retighten the bevel lock (10) and the lock nut securing the 0° bevel adjustment screw (27).
  • Page 53 12. Fit the new blade onto the spindle taking care that the inner blade washer sits behind the blade. 13. Replace the outer blade washer. 14. Depress the spindle lock button (20) and replace the flat washer and blade bolt. 15.
  • Page 54 BEVEL CUT If possible, always use a clamping device such as a ‘G" clamp to secure your workpiece. When cutting your workpiece, keep your hands well away from the blade area. Do not remove a cut-off piece on the right-hand side of the blade using your left hand. A bevel cut is made by cutting across the grain of the workpiece with the blade angled to the fence and mitre table.
