ASSEMBLY

AWG Fittings GmbH delivers products for mobile use ready for connection.
All that remains to be done for installation is to set up the equipment at the place of use, attach
it securely and connect the extinguishing agent supply.
Unsuitable setup location
If the product is set up in an unsuitable location, it may work loose and move during operation
as a result of the repulsive force.
 The setup location must be able to absorb the forces to be expected during operation and
 The operator is responsible for selecting an appropriate setup location.
 A product that is not securely attached or works loose may cause injuries.
The product is suitable for a wide range of applications. The operator bears sole responsibility
for selecting the setup location. It is also the responsibility of the operator to ensure that the nec-
essary preconditions for setup are met.
Preconditions:
Setting up the product:
1) Unfold the base frame.
2) Place the product in position in the prepared setup location.
3) Fix the product in position using suitable securing equipment.
4) Connect the extinguishing agent supply.
Supply of extinguishing agent via hose
If the extinguishing agent is supplied via a flexible hose, the hose may move uncontrollably as
the extinguishing agent flows through it, causing the product to topple over.
 Route the hose so that it leads away from the product in a straight line.
 The hose must never be coiled or looped.

Setting up mobile monitors

WARNING!
to bear the weight of the product.
The setup location is appropriate and has been prepared.
The supply line for the extinguishing agent has been installed.
If required, suitable tensioning belts or straps are available.
Tensioning belts and straps are not included in the scope of delivery.
AWG Fittings GmbH recommends the use of safety straps.
The stand tips of the base frame are OK.
Stand tips which are less than 1.5 mm high and/or no longer have a good grip must be
replaced before setup.
The vertical swivel range limiter must be engaged in the working position.
