OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
NOTICE
Always disconnect the plug out of the electrical outlet before assembling or removing accessories!
Before putting a new appliance into operation, you should wipe it thoroughly with a damp cloth and wash all removable
parts in warm water for hygienic reasons. Start the appliance without baking ingredients in baking mode (BAKE) for 10
minutes (see section Operating instructions). Then wash the inner parts once again.
1. Put the baking pan into the baking space.
2. Put the kneading blade on the spindle at the bottom of the baking pan.
3. Coat the inner surface of the baking pan with oil or fat. Insert the ingredients into the baking pan one by one. First
pour the liquids (water, oil, milk, eggs) into the pan, then loose ingredients (flour, instant mixtures etc.), and finally
add yeast, baking soda or baking powder. Make sure that the yeast does not come into contact with the salt or
liquids before baking. Otherwise, it would reduce their effect during rising.
4. Close the appliance lid.
5. Insert the plug into the wall outlet. You will hear a beep. The display will show 1 3:00 (Program 1, time of baking
3 hours), the Loaf weight setting indicator is set to 1000 g and the Bread crust finish setting indicator is set to
MEDIUM. The colon between the digits 3 and 00 is not blinking, i.e. the program is not running.
6. Select the required program (1-12) using the Program selection button.

10. CAKE

9. Use the LOAF SIZE button to set the approximate weight of the finished loaf of bread: 700 g, 1000 g.
10. Use the buttons </> to set the delayed ON time of preparation. This will be added to the preparation time, i.e. the
display will show the time after which the selected program will be completed. The maximum possible value is
13 hours.
56
Note: When using the delayed ON function, do not use perishable ingredients, e.g. Eggs, fresh milk, fruit, onion.
11. Press the START/STOP button to start the program. The blinking colon indicates that the program is running. With
the exception of START/STOP button, all the other buttons will be blocked. You can pause the running program
by pressing it shortly, by pressing it again the program will continue. You can reset the appliance by holding the
button and therefore cancel the program.
12. At the end of the program, you will hear an acoustic signal.
13. KEEP WARM - The appliance automatically maintains its temperature for another 60 minutes after the end of the
program. Press the START/STOP button to pause the program.
14. Unplug the power cord from the socket.
15. Let the pan and its contents cool down before removing the baked loaf of bread.
16. Open the lid, take the baking pan by the holder and take it out. Use kitchen gloves (oven mitts) when removing the
baking pan. Proceed with caution to avoid burning yourself.
17. Turn the pan upside down and put it on a kitchen rack or clean working area. Remove the finished loaf of bread.
Use the supplied hook to remove the kneading blades.
18. Before cutting the bread allow it to cool down for at least 20 minutes. Use an electrical slicer or a serrated knife
to cut it.
Note: If there is a power failure lasting less than 10 minutes while the program is running, the appliance automatically
resumes the program from the point of interruption. If the power outage lasts longer than 10 minutes, the appliance
will be reset. If the running program did not reach the rising stage, you can start the program again from the beginning.
If the program was in a further step of preparation, we recommend devaluing the dough, using new ingredients and
running the selected program again from the beginning.
USEFUL TIPS
The finished bread can be stored in a plastic bag for 3 days at room temperature or for 10 days in the refrigerator.
ULTRA FAST I/II program - Use water of a temperature of 40 - 50 °C. The dough will not rise at a lower temperature and
a higher temperature would kill the yeast, which would have a major effect on the result.
