ATM Vacuum Gauge Module Instruction Manual
Use the jumpers inside the module to set activation direction for relay 2.
Activation direction determines whether relay 2 activates with increasing
differential pressure or with decreasing differential pressure.
To set the jumpers, refer to Figure 3-14 and follow these instructions:
1.
Shut off power to the module.
2.
Remove the four Phillips-head screws that hold the front cover of the
housing in place, but do not remove the screws that hold the back
cover in place.
3.
Set the jumpers as indicated in Figure 3-14. (The jumpers are on the
main PC board.)
• Exposing the back pins sets relay 2 to activate when differential
pressure increases above the setpoint. This is the default mode.
• Exposing the front pins sets relay 2 to activate when differential
pressure decreases below the setpoint.
4.
Replace the front cover of the module and the four Phillips-head
screws that hold it in place.
Back pins exposed:
pressure increases above setpoint
(default setting)
Analog Module Operation
Front pins exposed:
Relay 2 will activate when differential
pressure decreases below setpoint
