Hexagon bias nut can make various
angle adjustment in order to put fork
axle housing at proper position (angle).

Some Invacare wheelchair use hexagon
bias nuts with fork stem bearing house,
pay attention on the angle of fork stem
housing must be maintain at 90
status in order to keep wheelchair moving
smoothly and go straight. While adjusting
seat height, remove wheels/castors
position. Be sure entire screws and nuts
were retighten before running wheel-
chairs.
