2.2.7 General settings of Chicco Teddy APP:
To access the general settings menu, select the
icon
in top left-hand corner in the home
screen.
You can change the language, select a sound for
alarms and alerts from those available in the de-
vice, reach the terms and conditions of use and the
information about the app.
Note: After closing the Teddy App as provided for by
the operating system of your device, Chicco Teddy
(or Teddy Distance Control) will emit a 10-second
acoustic signal.
2.2.8 Replacing the battery
The battery needs to be changed when the acoustic
alert is enabled on Chicco Teddy.
Remove the fastening screw on the back of the
device (fig.1), open the two sides with care by
lifting the front one (Fig.2) and remove the dead
battery by pushing it delicately in the direction of
the arrow (Fig.3).
Make sure to match the pole shown in the com-
partment when inserting the battery, pushing the
new battery (of the same model as CR2430 3V)
with care in the direction of the arrow (Fig.4) and
fit the front side again.
Fit the clip again if you have removed it and tight-
en the screw (Fig. 5 and 6).
After replacing the battery and opening the Chic-
co Teddy APP, you need to switch Chicco Teddy
on again by shaking it as shown in Fig. 7 until you
receive an acoustic alert. If already associated, the
app will automatically recognise the Chicco Teddy
when it is switched on again.
