21. Pedal Box Assembly, Pedal Assembly
(Time required: About 5 minutes)
21-1 Disconnect the PK-LF cable. (Fig. 13)
21-2 Remove the four (4) screws marked [5d]. (Fig. 2)
21-3 Remove the two (2) screws marked [5a] each from
both sides of the assembly. The pedal box assembly
can then be removed. (Fig. 16)
21-4 Remove the eight (8) screws marked [5] and the screw
marked [6B]. The pedal assembly can then be removed.

22. PEDAL Circuit Board
(Time required: About 10 minutes)
22-1 Disconnect the PK-LF cable. (Fig. 13)
22-2 Remove the pedal box assembly. (See procedure 21)
22-3 Remove the pedal assembly. (See procedure 21)
22-4 Remove the three (3) screws marked [120A]. The three
(3) actuators can then be removed. (Fig. 19)
22-5 Remove the screw marked [120B].
Push down the soft pedal and then draw it forward.

22-6 Remove the screw marked [130]. The GND wire can
then be removed. (Fig. 19)
22-7 Straighten bent frame where marked [A] (3 locations)
fixing the PEDAL circuit board. Pull off the PEDAL
circuit board from the frame for removal. (Fig. 19)
22-8 Remove the rubber contact. (Fig. 19)

21-4 [5]のネジ8本、 [6B]のネジ1本を外し、 ペダルAss y

22-5 [120B]のネジ1本を外します。
ソフトペダルを下に押してから、 手前に引き出し
ます。 （ 図19）
22-6 [130]のネジ1本を外し、 アース線を外します。 （ 図19）
22-7 PEDALシートを止めているA部 （3箇所） のフレーム
の折り曲げを戻します。 PEDALシートをフレームか
ら抜いて、 取り出します。 （ 図19）
22-8 接点ゴムを外します。 （ 図19）
