6.3 External release (optional)

I� the e�ternal release syste� has to �e installe�� the �a�le
�ust �e pla�e� in its seat �e�ore �e�innin� to install�
�) Release the �arria�e (see par� ��� point ��)� an� take it to
the slot on the top o� the sli�in� �ui�e�
�) Fit the �a�le ter�inal on the re� seat (Fi�� �0)�
��) Take the �arria�e �a�k towar� the �ri�e �lut�h unit until
the throu�h�hole on the �arria�e �oin�i�es with the slot�
an� �it the unsheathe� �a�le (Fi�� ��)�
�) Fully with�raw the �a�le �ro� the �otto� o� the
�arria�e�
��) Win� the �a�le aroun� itsel� to pre�ent it �ettin� in the way
while the sli�in� �ui�e is �ein� installe��

7 INSTALLATION

- To ensure you work in safe conditions, we advise you
to install the operator while keeping the door fully
closed.
- Use all the specified anchorage points.
- The fastening systems must be suitable for the type of
support and sufficiently tough.
- Protect your hands and face ade�uately while drilling
the holes.
- Read this chapter to the full before you begin
installing.

7.1 Sliding guide

When you ha�e �inishe� the preli�inary asse��ly operations�
you �an �e�in installin� the sli�in� �ui�e� as �ollows:
�) On the ar�hitra�e� �ark a line �orrespon�in� to the �erti�al
�i��point o� the �oor (Fi�� ��)�
�) On the ar�hitra�e� �ark a horizontal line �orrespon�in� to
the �a�i�u� hei�ht rea�he� �y the �oor �urin� �o�e�ent
(see Fi�� �)�
��) Position the se�urin� �ra�ket o� the �ront �ittin�� so that the
lower e��e is at least �� �� a�o�e the interse�tion point o�
the lines an� �entre� with respe�t to the �erti�al line (Fi��
��)� Also re�er to para�raph ��� �or �orre�t positionin� o� the
�ra�ket with respe�t to the �ittin� point on the �oor�
�) Mark the two se�urin� points�
��) Ne�t� �rill an� install� usin� the s�rews (re��  Fi�� ��) NOT
supplie��
6) Position the sli�in� �ui�e on the �loor� perpen�i�ular with
respe�t to the �oor�
�) Raise the �ui�e �ro� the �ront �ittin� an� asse��le the �ittin�
with the se�urin� �ra�ket usin� the rele�ant pin an� �la�p
(Fi�� ���)�
