1. Installing Mounting Bracket
Secure the mounting plate to the ceiling outlet box as
shown in Figure 6 by using two screws and washers (not
provided). Make sure the mounting plate is level. You may
need to insert additional washers (not provided) between
the outlet box and the mounting plate to make it level.
Before making the electrical connections, engage one of
the screw holes at the top of the ceiling canopy with the
hook on the mounting plate (Figure 7).
WARNING! The mounting bracket must sit firmly against the outlet box. If the
outlet box is recessed, remove the wall board until the mounting bracket comes
into contact with the box. If bracket and/or outlet box are not securely attached,
the fan could wobble or fall.
CAUTION!
Before drilling, ensure there are no electrical wires or water pipes behind the
drill spots.
While drilling, we recommend wearing protective goggles and hearing
protection.
2. Blade Assembly
Attach the blade decoration and blade
bracket to the blade (fig. 9).
Apply the blade screws and secure properly
(fig. 9).
Note: This fan includes four dual-finished
blades. Depending on personal
preference, choose the side that best
suits the décor or furniture of your
room.
