HOW TO DISASSEMBLE AND ASSEMBLE
3-1. F - Door, adjustment top and bottom.
1) Loosen the hexagon nuts located in the bottom of the
lower hinge below F-door.(①)

2) Loosen or tightening the hex wrench into ② to adjust
the door top and bottom.
3) To raise the door, turn the nut toward ③ direction.
To drop the door, turn the nut toward ④ direction.
4) After adjustment, Tightening the hexnut located at
the bottom of lower hinge.
3-2. F - Door, adjustment Right and left.
1) Remove the top cover.
2) Loosen the 4 bolts of F - upper hinge by vox wrench
counterclockwise 4~5 times.
Do not loosen the bolts marked in yellow.
3) To modify the level difference right and left, use the
adjust - bolt marked in red.
4) After modify the level difference right and left, Tightening
the 4 bolts of F - upper hinge.

4. R - Door
CAUTION - Please remove all food on the shelf before
removing the door.
1) Remove the both sides of the screw at Lower cover. And
remove lower cover.

2) Remove the top cover. See the previous page.
3) Remove the machine cover. See the previous page.
4) Remove 4 bolts marked in red. Do not loosen 3 bolts
marked in yellow.
CAUTION - Use small driver, Ratchet or vox wrench.
5) To remove R - door, lift up R - door.
**Assembly is reverse order.
4-1. R - Door, adjustment top and bottom.
1) Loosen the hex ① nut at the bottom of the lower
hinge below R - door.
2) By loosen or tight the nut at ② by hex wrench, adjust the
level difference of top and bottom.
3) To raise door turn toward ③ direction, To drop door
turn toward ④ direction.
4) After adjustment, tighten the hex nut at the bottom of
lower hinge.
