Is the connection loose?

No
Unplug to avoid damaging
the microprocessor.
Yes Reconnect

Disconnect CON 7 and
measure the value. Is
resistance value between
pins 1 & 2 of CON 7
as below? (Gray to gray)
Pin 2 Pin 1
Test Point Result
Pin 1 to Pin 2 1.4 ~ 120
Yes
Reconnect CON 7 and Power
ON
If the same situation appears,
Replace the main PCB.
Otherwise, explain to the
customer!
