Problem
The indicator light "FAULT"
illuminates.

No indicator is on.
The "RUN" indicator light is on.
The "ICE FULL" indicator light is on.
The „CLEAN" indicator light is on.
Possible Cause
1.) Ice has jammed in the
appliance and has not
fallen into the ice storage
container.
2.) The water tank is not in
the correct position.
Possible Cause
Connect the appliance to the power
supply. The appliance is currently in self-
analysis mode.
The appliance is in normal operation
mode.
The storage container is full or the tem-
perature is less than 5 °C.
Press the "Clean" button for 3 seconds.
This activates the cleaning function. The
appliance is cleaned for 20 minutes and
then goes through an ice making cycle.
After approx. 40 minutes, the cleaning
process is completed and the indicator
light goes out.
Suggested Solution
1.) Check that the solenoid
valve is open. Replace it
if not.
2.)
• Check whether the
switch (SQ1) can
receive information
from the rotation of
the unbalance wheel.
• Check whether the
rotating motor and
the unbalance wheel
spin.
• Check whether
the motor gear is
damaged by turning
the unbalance wheel
by hand.
