Short Form Specifications
Exterior Body; Front of unit is provided with curved thermopane glass of
1.00" (2.54 cm) overall thickness with (2) tempered glass panes (outer
pane) 0.25" (0.64 cm), (inner pane) 0.18" (0.48 cm). Each side of glass
is trimmed with black aluminum extrusion formed to match the curvature
of the glass front. Base of cabinet is 18-gauge stainless steel over 14-
gauge galvanized steel bottom structure. Exterior top of display case is
constructed of 18-gauge stainless steel. Exterior sides are finished
with Ststainless steel. Unit is completely insulated with 1.50" (3.8 cm)
polyurethane insulation. Adjustable feet allow for leveling.
Doors; Unit is provided with two tempered glass doors in a extruded
aluminum frame/track. Doors are easily removable for cleaning.
Interior Cabinet is constructed of 18-gauge stainless steel top and
bottom. Interior sides are constructed of 20-gauge stainless steel.
Unit is provided with one permanent shelf with heat pads. Interior is
lighted with two (120v-60c-1ph) incandescent lights, with separate
on/off switch. Interior has three to five 12" x 20" x 6.25" (30.5 cm x
50.8 cm x 15.9 cm) deep electrically heated, recessed, die stamped
food warmers.
Heated Food Warmers are constructed of 18-gauge stainless steel.
Each is fully insulated on all sides and bottom, and covered with an
exterior galvanized steel jacket. Each food warmer is equipped with a
heating element rated at 1000/1222 watts for (208/240v/60c -1ph) ser-
vice and wired to an individual control, located at rear base of unit.
Louvers are located at front and back of base for air circulation. On/off
switch for entire system is located behind the access panel: Unit must
be hard wired.
Note: Unit is designed for dry operation.
