1.6. Important note on `Power and charging precautions.
The T8 Pro is powered by an internal 3.7V 1000mAh Lipo battery, which has a nominal
voltage of 3.7V and is fully charged at 4.2V. Charging is performed via an included USB-
C cable.
Please check the battery voltage periodically, do not charge if the transmitter was
exposed to moisture or damaged in any way. Charge only on non-flammable surfaces,
do not charge unattended.
Battery charge status and charge state
There are 5 LED charge indicators located on the bottom of the transmitter. When the
LEDs cycle from left to right, this indicates that the T8 Pro is charging. Each LED
indicates 20% charge, when all 5 LEDs are illuminated, the transmitter is fully charged.
When the transmitter needs recharging, all 5 LEDs will flash- please land your aircraft
immediately and charge the transmitter battery.

This guide covers basic information about your radio. OpenTX software is very
powerful and has a large number of programming and mixing functions. Please visit

The 5 LEDs signify 0-100% charge state, with each
representing 20% charge.
20% 40% 60% 80% 100%
The LEDs will flash sequentially from left to right
while charging. All 5 LEDs will remain illuminated when
charging is complete.
