Thank you for purchasing a Baumatic built in wine cabinet. Your appliance is exceptionally easy to use and extremely efficient. Before being packaged and leaving the factory, the appliance was thoroughly checked with regard to safety and functionality. Installation IMPORTANT: Before installation and usage read all the instructions and make sure that the voltage (V) and the frequency (Hz) indicated on the rating plate are exactly the same as the voltage and frequency in your home. The rating plate can be found on the front left edge of the inside of the wine cabinet.

Positioning o It is advisable that your appliance is only installed in a location where the ambient temperature of the room, corresponds with the climate classification that is stated on the rating plate of your appliance. Your appliance may not function correctly if the ambient temperature falls outside of the following ranges.

UNPACKING AND CLEANING THE WINE COOLER • Make sure that it has been installed by a suitably qualified person, as per the information contained in Baumatic’s installation instructions. • Let the appliance stand upright for approximately 2 hours before connecting it to the mains supply. This will allow any refrigerant gasses that may have been disturbed during the transportation process to settle.
Using your Baumatic wine cabinet WORKING CLIMATE ● The appliance is designed for operating from SN to T climate (see below climate class chart). It is recommended to maintain the ambient around 22-25°C which helps the appliance working with low power consumption.

During first use IMPORTANT: When you use the wine cabinet for the first time or restart the appliance after it has been turned off for a long time, there could be a few degrees variance between the temperature you select and the one indicated on the LED display.

SETTING THE TEMPERATURE DUAL ZONE MODELS - BWCDZ150SS & BWCDZ150GL The Dual Zone model is made of two independently controlled compartments to store different wines at different temperatures. • Use the zone selection button to choose which zone you want to set the temperature for. Once pressed, the relevant LED display will flash to show which you can set the temperature for that zone.

ZONE MODELS - The Single Zone model is made of • • • Note: When the temperature control is out of control, the LED display will show a "HH" or "LL" and the appliance will emit a continuous buzz sound. If this happens, the appliance is designed to keep compressor and fans running periodically to protect the stored wines.

VACATION TIME Short holidays: Leave the wine cabinet in operation for holidays of less than 3 weeks. Long absences: If the appliance will not be used for several months, remove all items, turn off the appliance and unplug the electricity cable.
