7.6 Replace cartridge information

The parameter <change cartridge information> is one byte Binary code that indicates the information about ink cartridge. 00
means that any ink cartridge is changed.

Bit0： The 1 data of 0F field
If the plural ink cartridges are changed at the same time, the both bits set 1.
